Lolita’s Menu is almost entirely Gluten-Free, using locally made traditional tortillas and corn chips from Dona Cholita in Burringbar.
Founding Chef Armando Icaza designed the menu to showcase his Mexican origins in a fun and accessible way, using traditional techniques and local produce.
